Havent been posting as my frozen shoulder is causing great pain.  Why o why do they call it 'frozen' when it causes pain?  As far as I am concerned if it is frozen you dont feel anything lol.

Anyway have been trolling blogspots and Laura (Following the Paper Trail) and Kathy's (paper phenomenon)  ustream classes - way to gals - you rock!

Hopefully will be able to make something shortly and post.
